Leandro Vieira is Senior Vice President of AI & Tech Cloud at Oracle Latin America, where he leads the regional strategy to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure. Working with enterprises, digital-native companies and startups, he helps organizations leverage AI and cloud technologies to drive innovation, improve productivity and transform business models.

With more than 15 years at Oracle, Leandro has held leadership roles across cloud sales, enterprise technology and AI, leading initiatives that have helped organizations across Latin America modernize their technology environments and unlock new business opportunities. His expertise spans artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, digital transformation and go-to-market strategy for emerging technologies.

Leandro holds a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Business Management and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). Passionate about people, technology and innovation, he believes leadership is the ability to translate strategy into execution by empowering teams, fostering collaboration and creating lasting business impact.
